We believe in being honest and fair to our customers when it comes to these fees.

We use Royal Mail for our delivery service. The postage prices are exactly those of Royal Mail and a additional £1.00 handeling/packaging fee added to them which covers new packing materials.

For our UK customers we offer delivery by Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery. This insures the products, requires a signature for delivery and provides online proof of delivery.

For our international customers we offer Small Packet International Signed For Delivery. This will insure the goods and also provide online indication of the items being posted.

Unfortuantly at this time we can not send out automatic tracking numbers. But should you need this simply contact us and we will be glad to provide you with one.
