If you are after a certain kit and it shows out of stock, but we have other kits available we will gladly upgrade the kit if we have the individual parts in stock or downgrade a higher kit to what you want.
Example- You want Kit#3, but we only have Kit#2 or Kit#4 in stock. We will gladly remove the extra parts from Kit#4 to make it a Kit#3. Or if we have Kit#2 instock and have the individual parts in stock to upgrade Kit#2 to Kit#3 we will be glad to do this as well. Just go ahead and purchase Kit#3 and then give us a call so we can quickly make the changes, so that we won't sell out of the other parts before we get a chance to review and pull the order.
********************* Shipment Status*************************
While we try to maintain stock in these sharpeners we often go into a backorder status with some shipments selling out prior to them even arriving. We normally have regular scheduled shipments coming into stock at least once per month. So if we are out of stock on a specific item you can place your order and know that it won't be long before its on your doorstep.

With Christmas season just around the corner it is time to start thinking about ordering your EdgePro Apex Systems. While we try to maintain them in stock, we have sold out each year starting in Oct. While we have normal shipments in twice per month, we still struggle to keep these popular presents in stock during this period of year and backorders begin to mount up. So if you can, plan and order ahead of time.
